From programmatic perspective, there are two kinds of programs: thematic and area-based.  Thematic programs run across certain areas. Gender issue flagged with uterine prolapse strives to work all over Nepal while Fastenopfer intends to work in Karnali region on food sovereignity. Partnershipwise, Fastenopfer works in collaboration with Helvetas in certain districts through NGOs and directly with NGOs in certain areas.
