Centre for Agro-ecology and Development (CAED) is one of Fastenopfer's strategic partners in Nepal.  Relationship started and still continues under Helvetas Nepal and Fastenopfer joint funding since 1998. It supports following district-based NGOs:

In operates Women Reproductive Rights Program (WRRP) that is to venture to phase II by the beginning of 2009. In its phase I, it worked with 10 local NGOs. The number is likely to increase in the next phase. It also is a moderator of Uterine Prolapse Alliance in Nepal.

Fastenopfer-CAED started its operation Karnali Livelihood and Empowerment Program (Klep) since 2008 where they are expected to work with some five NGOs that includes:

  • Mallika Community Development Centre (MCDC)
  • Karan Community Development Centre (KCDC)
